  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, booking activity, session duration, and interactions with the platform.
  • Device and technical data — IP address, device type, operating system, browser, and approximate location derived from IP.

  • Legal compliance — We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Yogpolis, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred subject to the protections of this policy.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security reviews, and secure infrastructure hosted on reputable cloud providers.

Despite our efforts, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly of any suspected security incident.

Accounts created for minors, such as students enrolled by a parent or studio, must be managed by a responsible adult.

Yogpolis is based in India, and your information is primarily processed and stored in India.
